SYNOPSIS
RCN Televisión in alliance with the Spanish production company Señor Mono presents: My Family dances the Best, a format that brings together the best of entertainment in a single program. 20 families were selected from more than 1,800 groups of brothers, cousins, nephews, grandparents, grandparents, uncles, daughters-in-law, mothers-in-law and friends with a single characteristic, to share their dancing talent and compete for the first price.
In My Family Dances the Best we will enjoy great talent in dancing, we will watch choreography at its best as well as share with each family their personal stories; the life story those who overcome any adversity with dancing and joy.
After performing in front of the relentless gaze of top choreographers in 4 regions of the country, the 20 selected families will arrive at a studio in Bogotá to dance and perform in settings that any professional dancer would envy or desire. My Family Dances the Best is an ambitious production that mixes Colombian talent, deep life stories, and the best in dancing technique; all of this in the company of Martina la Peligrosa (talented female singer), Pipe Calderon (talented male singer), Javier Jattin (talented male actor), Sebastian Carvajal (talented male actor), and the twins Andrea and Alejandra Salamanca (professional dancers, choreographers creators of Ballet Fitness), night after night for 65 days. During each episode the contestants will dance to the limit, with performances of their dancing abilities to reach a grand finale where only one family takes the title of the family that best dances in Colombia and win the equivalent of one hundred thousand dollares.

Becoming known worldwide by merging reggaeton with ballet, with the challenge #DuraChallenge of Daddy Yankee, these talented twins from Cali, will have the difficult task of advising and supporting the teams of the two captains (Pipe Calderón - Martina La Peligrosa) in Mi Familia Baila Mejor.
JAVIER JATTIN
After consolidating his career as an actor in different countries, this 35-year-old barranquillero returns to his home, to RCN, to be the main presenter of Mi Familia Baila Mejor.
MARTINA LA PELIGROSA
With all the flavor of Sinú, one of the new faces of Colombian music. After achieving international success with her first album, Martina La Peligrosa, arrives to give the necessary flow to the competition.
PIPE CALDERÓN
One of the strongest representatives of the urban genre in Colombia; singer and producer. This music-loving country will be in charge of leading one of the two teams of Mi Familia Baila Mejor.
SEBASTIÁN CARVAJAL
Charismatic and with a promising future in the world of the small screen, Sebastian will be the ideal person, to count all the minors from the Backstage of Mi Familia Baila Mejor.
